Acceptance
By visiting or using StockTokenSwap (the “Interface”), you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
Operator
StockTokenSwap is operated as an independent interface associated with heavens.tools (@DylanMeador). Contact via those channels for privacy or operational inquiries. No corporate registration details are asserted beyond what is stated here.
Independent interface
StockTokenSwap is an independent, noncustodial software interface. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Robinhood Europe, Strategy Inc., LONG, Relay, Uniswap, or any issuer of Stock Tokens. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, clearing agency, or investment adviser. We do not claim SEC approval as a tokenized securities venue or any similar regulatory status.
Eligibility and compliance
You are solely responsible for determining whether you may lawfully access Stock Tokens and related markets, including compliance with Robinhood Stock Token rules, issuer KYC/geo and transfer restrictions, and all applicable law. Per Robinhood’s published materials, Stock Tokens may not be offered, sold, or delivered in the United States or to U.S. persons, and offers and sales are restricted in other jurisdictions including, without limitation, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. You represent that your use of the Interface will not violate those restrictions or any other applicable law. The Interface does not geo-block visitors; eligibility remains your responsibility.
No advice
Nothing on the Interface is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Digital assets and Stock Tokens are volatile and may result in partial or total loss. Past quotes do not guarantee future execution. You alone decide whether to transact; do your own research and obtain independent advice as needed.
Wallet, swaps, and third parties
You control your wallet and private keys. You are solely responsible for your transactions, taxes, eligibility under Stock Token and other rules, and compliance with applicable law. Quotes and swaps may be routed through third-party protocols and infrastructure (including Relay, RPCs, bridges, and DEXs). Those parties have their own terms. On-chain transactions are typically irrevocable once confirmed. You accept smart-contract, oracle, liquidity, bridge, network, and counterparty risk. Always verify token addresses and transaction details in your wallet before signing.
Fees
Where third-party routers support it, the Interface may collect an interface fee on some swaps. Any such fee is applied through the routing provider at quote time; amounts vary by route and are not advertised as a fixed rate on this site. Separate Markets listing fees (paid placements) are disclosed on the List a token flow.
Markets listings
Community Markets listings may be user-submitted and/or paid placements. Placement is informational only: StockTokenSwap does not verify a project’s quality, legality, liquidity, or investment merit. STRATEGY is featured separately from community/paid listings.
Demo and preview features
Some Earn and demo features are interactive simulations (including STRATEGY Earn vaults and the single-sided auto-LP concept demo). Demo balances, rewards, inventory, rebalances, and illustrative yields or fee APR figures are not live on-chain products unless clearly labeled Live.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Interface and related transactions. We do not provide tax reporting or tax advice.
As-is; no warranty
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, operators of StockTokenSwap are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Interface or any related transaction. Aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the fees actually paid to the Interface (if any) in the thirty (30) days before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operators of StockTokenSwap and their agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Interface, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
