Per Robinhood’s published documentation, Stock Tokens may not be offered, sold, or delivered in the United States or to U.S. persons, and offers and sales are restricted in other jurisdictions including, without limitation, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Some Earn and demo features are interactive simulations (including STRATEGY Earn vaults and the single-sided auto-LP concept demo). Demo balances, rewards, inventory, rebalances, and illustrative yields or fee APR figures are not live on-chain products unless clearly labeled Live.

You control your wallet and private keys. You are solely responsible for your transactions, taxes, eligibility under Stock Token and other rules, and compliance with applicable law. The Interface is provided as is, without warranties. Swaps and other on-chain actions are typically irrevocable once confirmed. You accept smart-contract, oracle, liquidity, bridge, and third-party protocol risk. Always verify token addresses and transaction details in your wallet before signing.
