What is StockTokenSwap?

StockTokenSwap is an independent, noncustodial interface to discover and swap Stock Token–paired markets on Robinhood Chain, focused on STRATEGY / MSTR. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, or advisor.

Are you affiliated with Robinhood, Strategy Inc., LONG, or Relay?

No. StockTokenSwap is an independent interface and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Strategy Inc., LONG, Relay, Uniswap, or any Stock Token issuer. Links to third-party docs, explorers, or socials are for convenience only.

Who may use Stock Tokens, and what are the restrictions?

You must comply with Robinhood Stock Token eligibility rules and all applicable law. StockTokenSwap is an independent interface only; it does not offer, sell, or issue Stock Tokens and does not determine or guarantee your eligibility.

Per Robinhood’s published documentation, Stock Tokens are not registered under U.S. securities laws and may not be offered, sold, or delivered in the United States or to U.S. persons. Offers and sales are also restricted in other jurisdictions including, without limitation, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Review Robinhood’s Stock Tokens documentation, restricted jurisdictions, and RHJ issuer materials (including the Base Prospectus and Final Terms). Lists and rules may change; the issuer’s publications control.

Is this financial, legal, or tax advice?

No. Nothing on StockTokenSwap is investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Digital assets and Stock Tokens are volatile and involve substantial risk of loss. You should obtain independent advice before making any decision.

What risks should I understand before swapping?

Swaps are noncustodial and typically irrevocable once confirmed on-chain. You bear smart-contract, oracle, liquidity, bridge, and third-party protocol risk (including Relay and other routing providers). The interface is provided as is, without warranties. Use at your own risk.

Can I sell STRATEGY for ETH?

Yes. Use the Flip control on the swap card to switch between buying and selling. Quotes and execution are routed through third-party infrastructure such as Relay in either direction. Always verify token addresses and transaction details in your wallet before signing.

Can AI agents list tokens?

Yes. Agents can pay the same ~$1,000 listing fee via x402 or Relay and POST token metadata to /api/agent/list. Start with the For agents page, SKILL.md, or llms.txt. Humans use /submit.

Are community Markets listings recommendations?

No. Community listings may be user-submitted and/or paid placements for discovery. Placement is informational only. StockTokenSwap does not verify a project’s quality, legality, liquidity, or investment merit. STRATEGY is featured separately. Nothing on Markets is investment advice — do your own research.

Is STRATEGY Earn live?

Earn shows live STRATEGY/MSTR pool data where available, plus a separate Demo preview (HODL / DEGEN). Demo balances and rewards are simulated — contracts are not live unless clearly labeled Live. See the Earn page Demo badge and Disclaimer.
