We process limited technical data needed to operate the site: wallet addresses you submit for quotes, transaction metadata for swap-cost accounting, and standard server/CDN logs (IP, user-agent) for security and rate limiting. We may also process listing-submission metadata you provide (token details, optional contact) to publish Markets placements.

We do not sell personal data. Quotes and swaps are executed via third parties (e.g. Relay, RPC providers). Their processing is governed by their policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Analytics, if enabled, use privacy-oriented site metrics (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics) rather than advertising trackers.

If you are in the EEA/UK, our lawful bases include legitimate interests (operate a public interface, prevent abuse) and contract (provide requested quotes/swaps). You may contact the operator via heavens.tools or @DylanMeador to exercise access/deletion rights where applicable. Logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations.
